TIMEFRAMES
Production: 2-3 weeks from order confirmation
Shipping: 5-7 business days after production (USPS or UPS Ground)
Total time: 3-4 weeks from order to delivery
You'll receive email updates when production is complete and when your order ships.
SHIPPING COSTS
Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free shipping on orders over $200 (domestic US only).
All shipments include tracking and insurance.
DELIVERY
When your order arrives:
Inspect the package before signing for delivery. If the box is damaged:

Note the damage with the carrier, or refuse delivery

We'll handle everything from there.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom sizing or wood species requests may extend production time. We'll confirm your timeline before you order.
IF THERE'S A PROBLEM
Damaged in transit:
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Lost package:
If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to locate it or file a claim.
Delayed order:
If production takes longer than 2-3 weeks, we'll contact you with an updated timeline. You can wait or cancel for a full refund.
All shipments are insured. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right.
HOLIDAY & RUSH ORDERS
Check our homepage for holiday shipping deadlines. Need it faster? Contact us before ordering at 971-266-3224 or [email]. Rush fees may apply.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Before shipping: Contact us immediately—we'll update your address at no charge.
After shipping: You'll need to contact the carrier directly (USPS/UPS). Carrier fees may apply.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
CANCELLATIONS
Within 24 hours: Full refund (before production starts).
After production begins: All sales final.
Once we start building, we've committed materials and labor specifically for your piece. We can't resell custom furniture.
WHAT WE CAN'T CONTROL
Once your order leaves our studio, delivery timing depends on the carrier. We can't control:

Weather delays

Carrier holidays or high-volume periods

Incorrect addresses you provided at checkout
We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping available by request only—contact us first.
