We stand behind the craftsmanship of every table no.9 piece. If your plant stand arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a repair, replacement, or refund. Because each stand is custom made, returns for change of mind cannot be accepted. If there’s ever an issue, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Shipping policy
Each plant stand is made to order and crafted in small batches. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and 3–5 business days for U.S. delivery. We ship via insured ground service, and you’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
